The work is delivered under FL Pro Staffing LLC's licensing and supervised by a FLPro Staffing trade lead with the FLPro Builder PM layer behind them.
Cross-trade scopes (where field supervision touches another FLPro trade) are coordinated through the FLPro Builder project-management layer at no additional cost — owners get one schedule and one closeout regardless of how many trades the work actually touches.

- Walkthrough. Site visit or virtual review depending on scope and urgency.
- Scope & quote. Written proposal with clear scope, exclusions, schedule, and milestone payments.
- Permits & coordination. Permits pulled where required, schedule confirmed with the client.
- Execution. Crew arrives on schedule, supervised by the FLPro Staffing trade lead.
- Closeout. Punch list, final walkthrough, and owner handoff. Documentation provided.
