Every reconstruction & build-back engagement is scoped through the same FLPro Builder discipline — clear scope, documented pricing, real schedule, and one accountable point of contact from start to finish. The work is delivered under FL Pro Staffing LLC's licensing and supervised by a FLPro Restoration trade lead with the FLPro Builder PM layer behind them.
Cross-trade scopes (where reconstruction & build-back touches another FLPro trade) are coordinated through the FLPro Builder project-management layer at no additional cost — owners get one schedule and one closeout regardless of how many trades the work actually touches.
